An imaginative artist has mocked up this sketch of Mr Johnson posing with a table tennis bat, paying tribute to the Mayor’s famous whiff-whaff speech.

During the Olympic handover ceremony, Mr Johnson spoke about the origins of ping-pong, claiming that the Brits has introduced the game in the form of whiff-whaff.
