Harrods will sell a range of 20 ice creams created to match the flavours of Britain's best-known delicacies from sausage and mash to Yorkshire pudding.
Other flavours include regional specialities from Arbroath smokies to traditional clotted cream.
The range, available at the Knightsbridge department store, was made after 500 people were polled on the flavours they thought best represented the UK.
Other top 20 flavours include pork pie, cheddar cheese, Cornish pasty, Lancashire hot pot and haggis.
Less palate-testing varieties are Eccles cake and Kendal mint cake.
The flavours are available for a limited time from today and are available to order, a spokeswoman said.
Kathy Gwinnett, of Laterooms.com who commissioned the flavour poll, said: "It is interesting that the humble Yorkshire pudding tops the list of favourite British delicacies.
"We're lucky to be spoilt for choice and the massive array of regional flavours that make up the taste of Britain shows just how much the UK has to offer."
