Didier Drogba accuses Chelsea of starting games too slowly
The Ivory Coast international reckons the Community Shield winners need to start matches at a quicker tempo to make things easier for themselves

DIDIER DROGBA admits Chelsea have a “problem” of starting games slowly as he reflects on the Community Shield win over Manchester United.
The Blues eventually came through on penalties after allowing Nani to open the scoring for United.
It was the third consecutive occasion that the Blues had been forced to come from behind at Wembley.
And Drogba insists his team-mates must stop doing things the hard way.
He said: “We have this problem where we don’t start well. We do need to change it because sometimes we concede one or two goals and it is difficult to come back.
“You have to give more effort to come back, so we have to improve.”
Drogba, who recently signed a new-year contract, admits adapting to new boss Carlo Ancelotti’s 4-4-2 system is a work in progress.
He said: “We are just trying to improve our fitness in order to be better in the new system, which is not easy for us to play, but we have time to improve it.”
And the striker believes he must show a personal improvement if he is to get back to his very best.
Drogba said: “I personally need to reduce the amount of mistakes I make.
