Slovakians Michal Mertinak and Filip Polasek and American Travis Parrott have been confirmed to have the disease.
Officials have said that there is no suggestion that the tournament will be affected and the number of cases is “entirely in line with the wider London community”.
All three sufferers had gone out in the second round. Mertinak, 29, and Parrott, 28, were doubles partners while 24-year-old Polasek shared a hotel room in London with Mertinak for the tournament.
"The Health Protection Agency has advised us that there is no threat to the tournament nor has there been at any stage"
The three are believed to be recovering well. Mertinak is expected to fly home in the next few days. All three are ranked in the world top 30 in doubles.
An All England Club spokesman said: “The Health Protection Agency has advised us that there is no threat to the tournament nor has there been at any stage.
“We are unable to comment on individuals' health and injury matters.”
Last week four ball-boys and girls were told to stay away from the tournament after they displayed ‘flu-like’ symptoms.
The All England Club has taken wide-ranging precautions against the threat of swine flu. Players have been handed antiseptic wipes and warned to take measures to be hygienic.
Andy Murray said after his win against Stanislas Wawrinka on Monday that he had been unaware of the risk of swine flu at Wimbledon.
