The 24-year-old, who left Manchester United this summer for a record-breaking £80 million fee, is now the world’s highest paid footballer at his new club Real Madrid.

The Portugal international can now afford homes beyond most people’s wildest dreams but for a three year spell he classed the open plan five bedroom house as home.

The house still has touches of Ronaldo about it - including darts holes left in a wall by the player and bits of a broken TV in the garden which he used to use as target practice.
The goal scoring ace moved to the house in Woodford, Cheshire, when he signed for United and staff at the club moved him into the house which was then owned by them.
Previous residents in the luxury, three storey, five bathroom mansion include Dutch defensive hardman Jaap Stam.
In 2006 the property was sold to local Lee Morris and now he is hoping to use the footballing superstardom associated with the property to sell the house on Gumtree.com and cash in on the frenzy for the world’s highest-paid football star.
