IT was more swag than WAG when Melanie Slade and a group of celebrity DJs celebrated the launch of Helly Hansen’s new luxury sportswear brand at posh eatery Sketch this week.

The girlfriend of England and Arsenal ace Theo Walcott joined fashion designer Giles Deacon, model Jade Parfitt and singer Just Jack at the unveiling of sports line Ask & Embla.
And as well as sipping Ciroc vodka cocktails and enjoying both savoury and sweet canapés prepared by sketch’s Michelin star chefs, the celebrities were given a bumper goody bag containing sweaters and jackets from the fashionable clothing label.
The night was themed “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” to tie in with the brand’s Scandinavian heritage and the sunny weather. More than 150 people partied the night away before heading home laden down with presents from the brand.
