Three-year-old Mercy Chifundo James was reportedly accompanied by a nanny, a child nurse and another aide as a private jet collected her from her home country of Malawi.

"A private jet flew in from South Africa and collected her at five minutes to six last evening," an airport source told People. "She connected to London from Johannesburg at 10:30 p.m."

She was met at Heathrow by new mum Madonna, her new brother David, three, who was also adopted from Malawi and her new sister Lourdes, 12.
