Cheryl Cole and Kelly Brook named ultimate fantasy cheerleaders

Cheryl Cole sees off competition from Kylie Minogue, Kelly Brook, Holly Willoughby, Scarlett Johansson, Katie Price and Keira Knightley to claim the top spot

1 June 2009

GIRLS ALOUD stunner Cheryl Cole has beaten model Kelly Brook to the title of ultimate fantasy cheerleader.

Out of 3,000 men asked, the majority opted for Cheryl Cole as the celeb they would most like to see whooping on the sidelines in a skimpy cheerleader's outfit.

Although the guys weren't exactly fussy about which member of Girls Aloud they'd have cheering them on from the sidelines - Sarah Harding and Nadine Coyle ranked in at number nine and 15.

Kelly Brook scored second place (admittedly she’s a well practiced regular at boyfriend Danny Cipriani’s rugby games) followed by style icon Kylie Minogue and Holly Willoughby, who may want to recover from the birth of her baby boy before she reaches for the pom poms.

Actress Keira Knightley may take time out of filming in England for Never Let Me Go after being voted in at number five, just pipping Scarlett Johansson who came in at sixth.

Since her split with husband Peter Andre, Katie Price could have some time on her hands, so she’ll be pleased to hear she ranked in at number eight. She may even have the outfit already.
