10pm, Channel 4

We’re now three shows into the new series, and definitely haven’t been disappointed so far. In tonight’s episode Wilhelmina offers Betty a job at Mode as her assistant. Meanwhile, Daniel discovers he faces a custody battle if he wants to keep Daniel Jr in the country.

DRAMA

Martina Cole’s The Take

9pm, Sky 1

This drama, which spans 10 years, is set in the East End of London. In this episode – the last in the series – Jimmy forces Freddie to take responsibility for his son’s actions when Little Jimmy is found dead at the hands of Little Freddie. Maggie finally reveals the truth about Little Jimmy’s parentage.

DRAMA

Skins

11pm, Channel 4

There’s only two of the original cast returning, so it’s out with Tony et al and in with Cook (Jack O’Connell) and Effy (Kaya Scodelario). Cook manages to get himself noticed in this first episode by exposing himself in front of the whole sixth-form and getting down and dirty in the first aid room. Crikey!
