Franken-Crib Ryan Jarman and his Wakefield kin return with this quaint thing you may remember called indie.
While most bands have been scouring the Yellow Pages for synth- toting fops with fantastical fringes, The Cribs have picked up an extra guitar player, bona fide Smiths legend Johnny Marr.
Good on ’em, but this sounds as old as Joan Rivers. Marr helps jazz up tracks like Last Year’s Snow with his trademark jangle, but mostly it’s forgettable.
