Ne-Yo's new album is called The Year of the Gentleman - and that was exactly the theme of this hour long offering at the O2's acoustic venue last night.
The band wore grey pin-striped suits, the backing dancers wore full ball gowns and Ne-Yo himself sported a black, then white, tuxedo with top hat, bow tie and diamond cane in tow.
He effortlessly mixed an old-fashioned flavour reminiscient of the Rat Pack days with sweetly catchy melodies and established hits like Because of You, Sexy Love and Closer.
