PRIZE SUDOKU TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All entries must be received by midday on the day following the first day of publication  of the competition. Entries received after this deadline will not be entered into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no liability for any technical failures or mobile phone operator errors, resulting in entries being received after the deadline.
   
   
2. Only correct text entries shall be entered into the prize draw to win the cash prize. The cash prize is as advertised and can be amended at any time.
   
   
3. Each entry shall cost £1.
   
   
4. Entrants must be 16 or over and all entrants must be a resident of the United Kingdom.
   
   
5. The prize draw will be held at thelondonpaper, News International, 1 Virginia Street, Wapping, London E98 1SN within 3 working days from the closing date of the competition and overseen by an independent adjudicator.
6. The Promoter is NI Free Newspapers Ltd, 1 Virginia Street,  London E98 1XY.
   
   
7. The competition is open to all readers of thelondonpaper, except employees and immediate family members or agents of Sponge Ltd or News International.
   
   
8. You will not be contacted with regard to any other promotion or service unrelated to this competition and your phone number will not be distributed to any 3rd party.
   
   
9. The Prize winner shall be notified by mobile phone. If the prize winner cannot be traced after the Promoter's reasonable efforts within 3 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize. If a winner is found to have cheated in any way or contravened these terms and conditions the prize will be redrawn.
   
   
10. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name, picture and county of the Prize winner online and in the newspaper if the Prize winner has consented to such publication when providing his or her name and address details to the Promoter.
    
    
11. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold cash prizes and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winning entries will be chosen in accordance with the laws of chance, under the supervision of an independent observer.
    
    
13. There shall be one winner per competition unless stated within the competition marketing material.
    
    
14. All cash prizes will be dispatched from us within 14 days of winner's verification.
