Win VIP passes with flights and accommodation to Arthur’s Day, a worldwide music concert on 24 September

We’ve teamed up with Guinness to offer two pairs of tickets to Arthur’s Day, a worldwide music concert on 24 September marking 250th anniversary of Guinness.
Winners will be flown out to Dublin, put up in a four star hotel for a night and will get exclusive access to a concert featuring Tom Jones, Estelle, Sugababes, Kasabian and more. The gig will also be streamed to bars and pubs across the UK Via Sky PubTV channel 881.

Terms and conditions
1. Open to residents of Great Britain, aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families and anyone professionally involved with this promotion
2. The competition opens at 08 September 2009 and closes at 10am 14 Septmeber 2009.
3. Dublin celebrations include an event at The GUINNESS STOREHOUSE™ and Hop Store 13 with other musical performances and special guests in 4 Studio Pubs in Dublin, Whelan’s, The Academy, Tripod and Vicar Street
4. There is one pair of tickets to be won. Prize will include flights to and from Dublin, transfers, one nights’ accommodation at a 4* hotel and access to the event on the 24th September 2009. In order to win, entrants must answer the question above.
5. This prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative
6. This prize does not include spending money. Winners will have to pay for additional activities outside of the prize package.
7. The package includes the following:
Transfers to and from London airport to the hotel and transfers to the Guinness anniversary event and to each of the activities referred to in clause 4 above are included. Transfers to and from the appropriate London airport, spending money and drinks and snacks from the hotel mini bar and any other hotel incidentals are not included. Full details of the prize will be supplied to the winner following notification.
8. The winner will be drawn at random on (insert date) and notified by telephone within (insert number of days). The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within (insert number of days) of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
9. The winner’s name can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to (insert details), after (insert date). No other correspondence shall be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
10. The winner and the winner’s companions are each responsible for ensuring they each have a valid passport, and for ensuring they have travel insurance required.
11. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by or to the winner and/or any of his/her friends that occurs as a result of the winner’s and/or his/her friends’ participation in the prize. The winner shall be responsible for any damage to the hotel or other venues (including their contents) visited by the winner and his/her friends throughout the trip caused as a result of a deliberate or negligent act or omission of the winner or one or more of his/her companions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any claims that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
15. Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions before entering the competition.
16. This promotion and these terms are governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
