2. Fans are reminded that these tickets are in the Chelsea end and seats are amongst home supporters. Please be aware that restrictions are in place for any vocal support for the opposition.

3. Competition open to all UK residents with the exception of employees of Thomas Cook Sport Ltd or Hatch Communications, their immediate families, agents or anyone else associated with the administration.

4. No cash alternative will be offered.

5. The competition closes at 10am on Thursday 17 September 2009

6. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

7. One entry per person.

8. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. All entrants must be willing to participate in publicity should they be a winner.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a UK resident. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Competition closes at 10am on Thursday 17 September 2009.

1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions (unless and to the extent that) the competition states otherwise.

8. Entrants will retain copyright in their submitted entries, however, by entering, all entrants licence NIFNL a worldwide royalty-free perpetual licence to edit, publish and use each entry in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.

9. NIFNL will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. NIFNL takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

10. Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of NIFNL or its employees, NIFNL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner’s (or their guest’s) enjoyment of the prize.

11. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
